• Modeling data: category, experience level, height, weight, body measurements, hair and eye color, shoe size
• Visual verification: live photos and short video captured directly via your device camera
• Social media handles: optional Instagram, TikTok, Facebook profile links

Information Collected Automatically

For verification, security, and fraud prevention purposes, we automatically collect:

• Device information: browser type, operating system, device type
• IP address: from which your application was submitted
• Approximate location: derived from your IP address (city/country level)
• Precise location (optional): if you grant permission via the GPS detection button
• Submission timestamp and language preference

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To process and review your modeling application
• To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent submissions
• To contact you about your application status
• To match your profile with active casting opportunities
• To display your approved profile (display name and city only) on our public roster, with your consent
• To respond to your inquiries through our contact form
• To improve our services and detect security issues
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

Your application data is stored securely in Cloudflare D1, an enterprise-grade edge database with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Photos and videos are uploaded to ImgBB, our trusted media hosting partner.

We use HTTPS encryption across our entire platform. Admin access is protected by hashed passwords with cryptographic salting, secure HTTP-only session cookies, and strict access controls. Sessions automatically expire after eight hours of inactivity.

5. Public Display of Approved Models

If your application is approved, only the following information is shown publicly on our website roster:

• Display name (set by our team during approval — may be a stage name)
• City (no full address is ever displayed)
• Modeling category (e.g., Fashion, Commercial)
• Selected portfolio photos (only those we choose for public display)

We never publicly display: your full name, email, phone number, full address, date of birth, body measurements, IP address, GPS coordinates, or any device information.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

• Cloudflare Pages & D1: hosting and database
• ImgBB: photo and video media storage
• Web3Forms / EmailJS: backup email delivery for form submissions
• ipapi.co: approximate location lookup from IP address
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim: reverse geocoding for GPS coordinates (only if you opt in)
• Google Fonts: typography

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or marketers.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies. The only cookie we set is a secure HTTP-only session cookie for admin authentication, which is not used for visitor tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or third-party tracking pixels.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: request that we delete your application and all associated media
• Withdrawal: withdraw your consent for public display at any time
• Objection: object to specific uses of your data

9. Data Retention

Pending applications are retained for 90 days. If not approved within that window, they are automatically archived. Rejected applications are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Approved profiles are retained for the duration of your active relationship with our agency, and for 12 months after you withdraw, after which all personal data is permanently deleted.

10. Children's Privacy

Models under 18 may apply only with verified parental or legal guardian consent. We never collect data from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted an application without proper consent, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and delete the data.

11. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure operates across multiple regions including the United States, Europe, and Asia. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these regions, subject to the protections outlined in this policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
