Our team reviews the brief and selects 5–10 talent profiles that best match the look, availability, and requirements.
Client Selects & Confirms
The client reviews the shortlist, selects their preferred talent, and we finalize availability and rates.
Contract & Shoot
We prepare the booking contract covering usage rights, payment schedule, and conduct guidelines. Shoot day proceeds with our support.
Common Questions About Fashion Modeling
What measurements are required for fashion modeling?
Typical fashion requirements for women: height 5'6"–5'11", dress size 6–10 (US). For men: height 5'11"–6'2", suit size 38–42. However, the industry is evolving — we represent diverse body types depending on the brand and campaign.
Do models need a professional portfolio before applying?
No. Many of our represented fashion models began with a simple comp card or smartphone photos. We help new talent build their books through test shoots with vetted photographers.
How does agency representation work for fashion models?
Once accepted, you are added to our talent roster. We pitch you to clients, negotiate rates, manage contracts, and handle bookings. You focus on the work — we handle the business.
What is the commission structure?
Our standard commission is 20% of the booking fee, taken from the client side — not from your pay. You receive the full negotiated model fee.
