By accessing or using the Model Hunter BD website, submitting an application, or engaging our agency services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application on your own behalf. Applicants under 18 may apply only with verified consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must accompany the application and accept these terms on the minor's behalf.
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. False or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or removal from our roster without notice.
3. Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application individually and reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to portfolio fit, current market demand, and verification concerns.
Application is free. We never charge any fee to apply, to be reviewed, or to be added to our roster. Anyone claiming to represent us and demanding upfront payment is a scammer and should be reported to our official contact channel.
4. Use of Submitted Content
By submitting photos, videos, and personal information through our application form, you grant Model Hunter BD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Review your submission for casting and approval purposes
- Display your approved photos on our public website roster (only with your consent at the approval stage)
- Share your profile with verified clients for casting consideration
- Store your data securely as outlined in our Privacy Policy
You retain all ownership rights to your submitted content. You may withdraw your consent and request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Agency Representation
Approved models enter into a non-exclusive working relationship with Model Hunter BD unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. We act as your booking and casting partner, presenting opportunities and managing client communications on your behalf. Specific terms of representation are documented in individual agreements signed at the onboarding stage.
6. Booking and Direct Contact
All bookings, casting calls, and project inquiries for our models must be processed through our agency. Direct contact between clients and represented models without agency knowledge is prohibited and may result in termination of representation.
Clients seeking to book any of our models must use our official contact form and provide complete project details. We respond to all booking inquiries within 24-48 hours.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or model
- Submit content you do not own or have permission to use
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or admin areas
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with our website
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with the security or operation of our services
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, design, branding, code, and proprietary materials are the property of Model Hunter BD or our licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of our website without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We do not guarantee that submission of an application will result in modeling work, opportunities, or income of any kind. Modeling success depends on many factors including but not limited to talent, market conditions, and individual effort.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Model Hunter BD and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Model Hunter BD, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your submission of false information, or your misuse of our services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, remove your application, or cancel your roster representation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that brings our agency into disrepute.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Model Hunter BD is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through binding arbitration if necessary.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the terms were most recently revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
